Mother's Day OR Trying to Catch Up

This week has been an absolute mess. We're getting close to the time of our vacation and responsibilities just seem to 'ratchet' up right before a trip. So we're trying to get everything in before we go. So I've not had the time I'd like lately to keep this page up to date.

Anyway, last Sunday was Mother's day. We didn't do much on the actual day because we'd been out to eat earlier in the week. (HATE fighting Mother's day crowds at restaurants!!!)

One thing I did though was dip my dear wife, and my kids wonderful mother, a generous helping on ice-cream!
