High Waters

On a run this week I ended up at our plant in Gentry, AR. Getting there was the fun part.

A TON of rain had come down already and in the weather report they were expecting another 6 to 8 inches to come down - THAT DAY!

I saw houses covered, a volleyball net just about completely under water. A set of basketball hoops just barely above the water line and LOTS of streams and creeks flowing like rivers.

Roads were flowing occassionaly.

We hit one puddle that was so full of water, the spray from our tires hit another truck about 25 feet away.

Of course, fueling, swapping trailers and equipment had us soaked - literally!

Wow - what weather!!!
