Just finalized some plans for vacation. As Doreen and I were driving home we talked about our Colorado trip. Figuring it would take 4 13 hour days, 3,200 miles, 12 meals, 2 motels, misc items - it would cost us about $1,075 to drive out. That's 4 days of lost time and feeling all worn out when we arrive and return.
So we decided to look at ticket prices. Orbitz had a great price, and we tried to book it - twice, and each time it said that price is no longer available - so the new price was $300 to $400 more expensive.
I decided to call the airlines directly. Guess what? They had the flights at the price advertised, so we bought 4.
Instead of driving, we're flying to Colorado. Yeah baby!
We can't wait! Vacation can't come soon enough!
Come on May 28th!!! :)

That is sooooo cool that you were able to get a flight that is going to get you into GJ. We ought to get the limo service to pick you up and bring you to Montrose.HEE hee. maybe I could get to drive you in my black pants white shirt and black Jacket and black hat.
