A couple of years ago, my sister, Cyndi, taught my girls how to make Marshmallow Taffy. Every time we have a fire, the girls want to make marshmallow taffy. So we let them recently.

It takes getting a marshmallow warm and then 'pulling' it until it becomes a taffy. It really works.

I haven't tried it cuz I'm not interested in getting my fingers all gicky and sticky like that, but the girls enjoy it!

Me, I'm in to roasting a good old marshmallow until it's fluffy and nice golden brown. Yummy!
