Cool Day

So today, we went to Dollywood. Don't ask how I got the day off. Just glad I could work it out.

That place is soooo cool. There is so much to see and do - no way to take it in all in one day. Right now they've got a theme called "festival of the Nations." It is awesome. People walking around in costumes from across the world and music, shows and food to match. It was way awesome!

The girls enjoyed some kiddy rides and a fun ride on the train that WE ALL thoroughly enjoyed!

A friend and I went on the Tennessee Tornado. A 120 foot high roller coaster that gets up to 70 Mph with about 4 G pulls and takes 108 seconds to ride. We did 3 flips and a couple of corkscrews - yeeeeehaaaawwww! Fun, fun fun!

It was good not thinking about work today! :)

by the way - our brickwork on our house is almost done. Everything but the window sills are finished. Praise the Lord!!! Those should be finished up - barring rain -tomorrow!

Anyway - we picked up season passes today at Dollywood - come on down and lets go play!
