This summer we took a trip with a bunch of friends to the Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, AL. That is a very COOL museum!Lots of awesome space stuff to see and to and experience.
We're standing next to a model of a Saturn V rocket ship. The cool thing is they have a WHOLE building with a life size Saturn V rocket ship. You can see everything about it! AWESOME!
We had a delicious lunch in the shadow of one of the rockets standing outside the museum.
They have a couple of rides there, that come with your entrance fee. Oh we had fun riding this one multiple times! :)
Of course, for fun 5 adult guys squeezed into one of the space capsules for this photo op... (L to R, Tracy, me, Aaron)
... and they had to come get us out with a can opener! Waa aha, ha, ha!!! It was a very cool day! (L to R - Aaron, Bruce, Shannon)
